Working Towards a Pesticide Free Northwood Village

Now collaborating, Northwood GREENlife, CRA, West Palm Beach and Carl Landscaping company. We are in a trial period testing natural alternative for landscape maintenance.  Our goal is to be able to declare Northwood Village, West Palm Beach as a pesticide free area.  This works together with our Let’s Plant a Butterfly Garden program.

Let’s Plant a Butterfly Garden’s mission is to activate residents and businesses within the City of West Palm Beach to reduce the use of pesticides and to restore native butterfly populations. By educating the community about health matters through butterflies and by planting butterfly gardens throughout the City, we are creating a personalized awareness as to the harmful effects of pesticides on urban pollinators, the environment, people and pets. We hope you join our movement to reduce the use of pesticides within the City and to increase the populations of our local pollinators to create a beautifully, natural BUTTERFLYP ARADISE.
